Thuppaki, what a fantastic movie! Vijay’s bold and charismatic appearance had me going crazy 😄 The scenes were perfectly scripted and kept me engaged throughout, except for the Vennilavae song which didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The dialogues were on point and fit seamlessly into the story. And let’s talk about those stunts! Vijay gave his absolute best, using knives and muscles instead of relying solely on gunshots. It was a refreshing change.
I have to give a shoutout to Murugadoss for his direction. He definitely outdid himself in this movie. And Santosh Sivan’s cinematography brought a delightful freshness to the screen. The combination of Harris Jayaraj’s rocking BGM and stylishly made songs made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Kajal, the charming lady, blended perfectly with Vijay’s character. And Vidyut, as the sleeper cell head, portrayed manliness superbly.
Overall, Thuppaki is a “must watch” movie! I would love to watch it again too. It’s an entertaining package that deserves all the applause, thanks to Illayathalapathy Vijay and the whole team behind it.
Wow, it sounds like you had an absolutely mind-blowing experience watching this action-packed movie with Vijay’s power-packed performance! I can feel your enthusiasm and admiration for the film and its cast.
First of all, kudos to A.R. Murugadoss for his wonderful direction and for bringing out a new dimension in Vijay’s performance. It’s always impressive when a director can shape an actor into something fresh and meaningful.
And speaking of Vijay, it’s fantastic to hear that he breathed life into the character of Captain Jagdish. From the beginning till the end, he captivated you with his stylish looks, stylish dialogue deliveries, and peppy dance moves. It’s clear that Vijay has found a new avatar in this movie, and his comfort and admiration for the role shine through.
Kajal also deserves praise for her portrayal of the female lead. It’s great to hear that she looked cute and played her character well. It’s always a bonus when the chemistry between the lead actors is on point, and it sounds like Vijay and Kajal delivered in that aspect too.
Vidyut as the villain sounds absolutely phenomenal! It’s impressive when a performance is so good that it feels like it belongs in Hollywood. The scenes between him and Vijay must have been intense and memorable.
The technicians behind the movie also deserve recognition. Santosh Sivan’s legendary work in showcasing Mumbai must have added a pleasant visual experience for the audience. And kudos to Harris for the well-utilized background score, which can truly elevate a movie’s impact.
I appreciate your honest feedback about the drawbacks of the movie. It’s understandable that some songs could have been visualized better, but it’s great to hear that songs like “Alaikaa laikaa” and “Google Google” stood out. And as for the screenplay, it’s not uncommon for the pacing to slow down a bit at certain points. But it sounds like the highlights, such as Vijay targeting the 12 sleeper cell with 12 men, the interval block with the impactful dialogue, and the high-standard climax scene, more than made up for it.
Based on your verdict and ratings, it’s clear that this movie left a lasting impression on you. A thoughtful movie with high standards and a mass hero like Vijay leading the way is always a treat for fans.
Thank you for sharing your passionate review with me, my friend! It’s always exciting to hear about movies that have such a powerful impact on their audience.
