Friendly Review: The Last of Us

I totally get what you’re saying! Overall, I’d give it a solid 8 out of 10. The opening episode was a standout with a 9 rating. The rest of the show ranged between 7 and 8, depending on how much I connected with it. I loved how well-made and well-acted everything was, and the consistent brutality added to the intensity. It’s cool that the show stayed loyal to the game, and the story’s focus on parenting and protecting children was relatable. While more Cordyceps and action would’ve been nice, I appreciated the drama and the portrayal of a broken world. All in all, a very good TV show that stayed true to its source material! 😄📺
